I have had an excellent experience living at Cortland Deerfield Station. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and filled with friendly residents who genuinely care about where they live.
The staff is exceptional. Denise and Selena went above ...
and beyond during my move-in and have always been kind, professional, and helpful. The maintenance team is equally outstanding—responsive, thorough, and always friendly. On the very rare occasion that I have needed maintenance assistance, issues have been resolved promptly and communication has been excellent.
One of the things I appreciate most about living here is how kind everyone is. From the office staff to the maintenance team to my fellow residents, people genuinely make this feel like a community rather than just an apartment complex.
Thank you to the entire Cortland Deerfield Station team for creating such a welcoming, beautiful, and positive place to call home. I am incredibly grateful to live here!

Very nice property with walking access to multiple shops. Gas station right off I 95 gives you a chance to refuel before or after leaving the community. This place makes me feel like I live on vacation 24/7

I had a great experience living at Cortland. Maintenance was always fast and responsive whenever I needed help in my unit.
