I had a great experience living at Cortland. Maintenance was always fast and responsive whenever I needed help in my unit. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, and the community felt welcoming. It’s also a great place for dog owners very pet friendly, and all the pets and owners were great to chat with

Cortland Deerfield Station is convenient, well kept, has a very nice pool area, great pet policy, excellent maintenance response and with a great team at the front it makes it a pretty nice place to call home which I have for over 3 years now, renewing twice so far.
