Clean, modern apartment with plenty of space for my needs. Maintenance request are handle quick and done right. The community is well-kept, and the location is convenient for Downtown, dog park, restaurant and shops. Overall is a solid place to call home.

I Came to tour Delray station today, it was such a beautiful property. The gym was so cool and beautiful. The way they designed the property is amazing. I toured with Amberly she is so sweet. She took me to view all the floor plans I wanted to see. She really made me feel like this is the right place to be. Aileen was also nice she came to greet me and I can’t wait to recommend this place to all my friends and family
