Love living at Cortland Delray Station! The amenities are top-notch, from the lobby, gym, pool area, business center. The location is perfect for beach and downtown access, staff friendly and helpful. Jose from maintenance is a rockstar in expedient satisfactory attention to tenants needs. The community is well-maintained, with beautiful large outdoor green spaces perfect for walking and relaxing. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Jose, the maintenance worker, for his outstanding service. He’s always there when I need him and is incredibly polite, making every interaction a pleasant one. Recently, he fixed my ceiling fan, dishwasher, and ice machine, all with great care and efficiency. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. Jose truly goes above and beyond to help, and I’m so grateful for his excellent service! Highly recommend!
