      Cortland East Cobb has to be one of the best communities/apartments to live in the northwest metro Atlanta area. I’ve toured plenty of places and i was the most impressed with this community, you definitely get what you are paying for. I’d recommend this community over most in the area.       I love living here! I love everyone who works here. Could not be happier. I had a few boards on my deck that were bad so I put in a ticket. Next day when I got home- I had a brand new deck! How amazing is that? They could have gone the cheaper route and replaced one or two boards- but they redid my entire deck.

      Cortland East Cobb has been a pleasure to be at. Front office team is always helpful and kind. Maintenance is lightning fast, very knowledgeable, and super nice. Never had a problem with safety, noise, or neighbors. The place is also gorgeous with thoughtful landscaping. It is not the most affordable option in the area, but it’s worth it to feel more at home.

      Cortland East Cobb is a very nice apartment complex. I love how open everything is as far as the drive up and walk up to your apartment. The management team is always very nice (especially Laura) and maintenance stays on top of any issues that may arise. We’ve enjoyed our stay here for the past 2 years now!       This is an excellent community! We enjoyed the living experience, including all community features as grill area, pools, dog park, beautiful nature and walking trail. It's the best place!

      I really like living here, I like the view that my balcony has, but the only thing that makes me extremely sad is the smell of marijuana that enters my apartment from a resident who smokes inside his apartment and that's all I ask be resolved, if it weren't for this everything would be perfect. I hope you take this into consideration and resolve this case as soon as possible, because I believe I won't be the last resident to complain about this. Besides, I love living here
