This can cause bug problems,etc. I have a Neighbor very disrespectfu not considerate of others Neigbor is up after 10pm- 1am throughout weekdays by constantly walking/stomping heavily, moving or dragging furniture, dropping heavy items, etc. This has constantly been going on for quite sometime now.
