I have lived at Cortland Hilliard for about 8 months and have had a good experience overall. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner. I appreciate living here and would recommend it.

Positives: The service team is phenomenal. The gym and pool are nice. The location is great.
Negatives: Club house only open 3 days a week. Snow removal is not very good in the winter. They don't have pet-friendly salt for dogs in the winter. The apartments are not truly replenished after a tenant leaves (broken blinds, cheap floor vinyl, water damaged cabinetry). If you need a handicap sign for a loved one, good luck getting one within your first year of your lease (not due to the service team, ...
but to management). Other than the service team, you just don't feel like you're appreciated here. I've lived in 4 other complexes and this has been the worst.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cortland Hilliard. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management and maintenance teams are professional, friendly, and responsive whenever help is needed. The location is also very convenient with many stores and services nearby, which makes it a comfortable place to live.

I can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing! Pathetic poorly build upstairs floors. Morning and nights everyday. Including now all day.

Ms.Dana Is WONDER WOMAN!! She’s amazing and wonderful, she communicates when she will be coming(our dogs LOVE HER!) She has solved every problem we have ever had in our apartment. Dylan at the front desk is AMAZING!! He’s wonderful also communicates greatly when there are any issues that’s arise or need to brought to our attention with the community. They both are just AMAZING!!

Ever since touring the complex in September to move-in, Dylan has been absolutely wonderful. He has made everything so easy and is very easy-going and kind! I knew from talking to him during my tour that I would have a great experience living here. I didn't get to meet Dana until I moved in. She is absolutely wonderful as well and so sweet! There were some things that needed fixing in the apartment after move-in and she got to them with a quickness. Dana and Dylan deserve raises for how well they ...
