Super thin walls
February 23, 2024I have been living at this Cortland Community for 7 years. Since living here, I have never had to submit a noise complaint on a neighbor…until now. I have spoken with several people in the office on several occasions (face to face and through email) about my neighbors who currently live above me. I’ve even provided video recordings of the noise level, and of my glasses shaking in my cabinets. Nothing has been done to alleviate the noise. It is now after 10 pm and I tried to reach a courtesy ...office for some assistance, but that not an option. This Cortland property is not what it use to be and as a resident who has been here 7 year, I’m very disappointed. To anyone wanting to live here please know that the walls are so thin that I can make out conversations, hear TVs, and hear every footstep. You will hear your neighbors above and below you.Property Manager Responded
