August 11, 2025The pool furniture has been removed and never replaced, reducing comfort and enjoyment for residents. Pool maintenance is poor, and the maintenance personnel do not clean the sidewalks, leaving the area untidy. The music service has been suspended without notice, diminishing the atmosphere. In the clubhouse, coffee is served in thin plastic cups, which pose a burn risk and are not suitable for hot beverages. The management team is neither proactive nor welcoming, and overall staff courtesy is ...lacking.Property Manager Responded

Some of the pool furniture, such as umbrellas and chairs, was removed due to damage, and we have submitted a request for replacements for the pool lounge area. Please note that the pool music may be turned off on certain days when the leasing office is closed. Additionally, the service team has been informed to clean the pool area sidewalks. We sincerely apologize that your experience with our team was not proactive and welcoming. Management will address this issue with the office team to improve overall courtesy, including ensuring the correct cups are used for coffee. - The Cortland Hollywood team

November 11, 2024The apartment itself is nice and spacious but the service is hardly there. Apparently if a service request is too complicated, they will try to hide or ignore the problem. The office is also never available because they are always busy helping prospective residents. They will also raise the rent because apparently they are not allowed to raise it less than 5% every year, even if inflation is not that high, without adding any additional amenities or upgrades to your apartment.
