November 6, 2025Hay una alarma encendida que suena intermitentemente en el cuarto de Fire Alarm, es molestos ese ruido, esa situación tiene mas de 2 meses, lo he reportado en la oficina incluso he hablado con los encargados de mantenimiento pero continúa. We understand how disruptive the intermittent beeping from the fire alarm room must have been, and we’re glad to report that the issue was addressed yesterday. The alarm is no longer active, and we’ll continue to monitor it to ensure it doesn’t return. Regarding the trash compactor, it is appropriately sized for the needs of our community. However, we’ve noticed that when trash is left outside the compactor—often due to the assumption that it’s full—it can lead to a buildup. In many cases, the compactor still has room, but items placed outside can unintentionally encourage others to do the same. We’re working to remind residents to place trash inside the compactor whenever possible to help keep the area clean and functional. September 30, 2025This is a very unclean community, but I have hope that it can turn itself around the trash the elevator, the stairways, the flooring the paint on the walls all need to get touched up and cleaned. I just walked down the hallway today and I lost count of how many humongous flies are Around the hallway I have a one and a half year-old child and I’m really ashamed that we live here.
