We also pay for a renovated unit just for the floors to be improperly put in and do the floor leaks glue through the cracks whenever it wants. We pay extra for that, which is crazy. All we have been to is put Ina request to clean glue from the floor. Thats not a solution, sorry. Also, too many people leave their dog waste everywhere.
