November 29, 2025I absolutely love living at Cortland Lake Howell! This community truly goes above and beyond for its residents. They host fun giveaways and great events for tenants, and every now and then they even surprise us with free breakfast, which is such a thoughtful touch. The office staff genuinely takes the time to get to know you, so you never feel like just another person living here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within a day, and I have to give a special shout-out to Alex from ...the maintenance team, he’s amazing and always so helpful. Best home I've ever had!
November 13, 2025This community is an absolute delight to live at! The greenery is so lush and wonderful with trees providing plenty of shade. There is also a gorgeous view of Lake Howell! The team at the office is always so nice and quick to solve any issues I have and they are always hosting events and giveaways. The service team is also so quick at fixing my requests and they are very responsible and always call me before entering my home. Cortland Lake Howell Has Never Been Better
September 11, 2025I’ve been a resident at Cortland Lake Howell for 4 years, and I can honestly say this is the best it’s ever been. In the past few months, management has really stepped up—policies are being enforced, and the difference is noticeable. The community is gated, well-maintained, and continues to improve. The addition of the new pickleball court is fantastic, and the courtesy officer is proactive and responsive. While some neighbors may complain, the truth is that those issues come from people who ...don’t want to follow the rules—and now accountability is finally being upheld. September 8, 2025Year 2 is even better than year. One was, the customer service that our family gets is personable. Everyone knows us by our names. The service guys take care of us fast with detail and never forget to check back with us the next day to make sure everything is all right. I love how we get parties just for us every month and not only do we get food trucks but we get asked which ones we would like to refer. This year is the best tree ever we got brand new Pickleball courts in my family is there ...every day. This place feels like a resort, we got a beach, 2 pools, volleyball, different grills and an exercise room that has free kickboxing class.
