A home, not just an apartment
March 20, 2026Responsive and personable local office staff, outstanding maintenance department, parking lot is policed, environment is quiet and clean, issues are resolved quickly and completely. Comfortable and safe place, fun and handy food trucks every week, incredible views of the lake, two beautiful well-maintained pools. December 18, 2025Run down and dated. The grounds aren’t maintained very well at all, there’s always dirt and trash lying around. The interior of the apartment never looks clean no matter how hard you clean. Everything has a run down and filthy appearance to it. I love it here!!!
November 29, 2025I absolutely love living at Cortland Lake Howell! This community truly goes above and beyond for its residents. They host fun giveaways and great events for tenants, and every now and then they even surprise us with free breakfast, which is such a thoughtful touch. The office staff genuinely takes the time to get to know you, so you never feel like just another person living here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within a day, and I have to give a special shout-out to Alex from ...the maintenance team, he’s amazing and always so helpful. Best home I've ever had!
November 13, 2025This community is an absolute delight to live at! The greenery is so lush and wonderful with trees providing plenty of shade. There is also a gorgeous view of Lake Howell! The team at the office is always so nice and quick to solve any issues I have and they are always hosting events and giveaways. The service team is also so quick at fixing my requests and they are very responsible and always call me before entering my home.
