The interior of the apartment never looks clean no matter how hard you clean. Everything has a run down and filthy appearance to it. They host fun giveaways and great events for tenants, and every now and then they even surprise us with free breakfast, which is such a thoughtful touch. The office staff genuinely takes the time to get to know you, so you never feel like just another person living here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within a day, and I have to give a special shout-out to Alex from ...the maintenance team, he’s amazing and always so helpful. The team at the office is always so nice and quick to solve any issues I have and they are always hosting events and giveaways.
