My building 11 had a fire upstairs a few years back , I should have mentioned I had smoke damage at that time I can’t believe it’s so difficult to get my apartment painted I’ve been here since 2009 . Excellent Location
May 22, 2025Current resident of just over 9 months and I'm extremely happy with my decision to live at Cortland. I love the location as it's right near my work and I often visit family in Galveston, so I jump right on 45. The courtyard space is always so beautiful especially now that we're in Spring heading to Summer. Maintenance always responds when I need them (sorry about the 1am call for my AC!) and Stormi in the office is so kind and helpful.
