November 27, 2025Not a smoke free community as they advertise. If you don’t mind your unit smelling like weed all the time then move here. Otherwise you can find another apartment complex that doesn’t really enforce smoking and pay a cheaper rate. Besides the smoking and grounds the maintenance people are super nice and friendly. They are quick to fix repairs. We see them working 24/7.Property Manager Responded

I would say this is to most prettiest floor plan of the 4 apartments we’ve considered in this area. Also a quick 5ish min drive to get to 288 which is neat.Property Manager Responded
