November 27, 2025Not a smoke free community as they advertise. If you don’t mind your unit smelling like weed all the time then move here. Otherwise you can find another apartment complex that doesn’t really enforce smoking and pay a cheaper rate. Besides the smoking and grounds the maintenance people are super nice and friendly. Shun is Amazing

She consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service every single time whether it’s a simple question or more complex concern, Shun always makes sure that I feel heard and valued, her warm and attentive approach assures that everyone she interacts with has a truly wonderful experience, thanks to Shun.
