Roaches, Bugs .... inefficient Management

Moved three weeks ago. Found roaches, bugs, ants etc, health concern. Oven extensively used. Dryer get hot and feel the heat is on in the apartment, even doors from inside become wet and may be steam not properly ventilated, could be a safety concern. Balcony grill is rusted. Not a well-managed or well maintained. Very next day visited the leasing office and verbally communicated about the condition of the apartment and how I rate the apartment. provided when we moved in Again, after 2 days visited them to remind about all that, the person there read everything and assured they take care of it and we do n ot have to submit maintenance request. After more than 2 weeks nothing had been done. We with our own effort trying to contain roaches and bugs issue, spraying pesticide which should have been done before we came in. The management is very unconcerned, inefficient and feel we are irrelevant. I heard that Cortland is a good property management company, but with this experience it is quiet opposite to it. with all those serious issues and no response from management, i can say it is horrible and terrible.

Keila was truly above and beyond with answering our questions so intentive with all details of the complex and the hours of operation not only office but cleaning and pest control for the complex as well as club house! I truly can't wait to feel like this is our Home with Family.

Lot of roaches and bugs ..No cleanliness

Roaches are common, but here it crawl on your legs and management doesn’t care, even I found lizards here. And many more bugs. Not enough parking lots, you need walk a lot to your apartment in rain and sun or else pay extra premium for covered not reasonable.

Great community, clean, secure, everyone is nice, and great location. It is expensive, but it is also the best apartment complex I have lived in. If I do leave, it would be due to the price being too much, not that I can't afford it, just that I'd prefer to save more money then spend it on rent.
