November 11, 2025Cortland Mirror Lake I would say I slightly above average decent to live in. The Club house and lake trail is very nice (besides the couple of cracked concrete spots where you can definitely twist your ankle on) on the trail. Staff is usually good and the repair guys are usually on top of things here. Biggest downside in my opinion is the trash situation and the constant broken front gate. Nothing thats more embarrassing when the first thing you see when you enter is a rusty barley functioning ...gate and then an absolute mountain of trash by the dumpster. Very embarrassing. But if they manage to fix those two things plus the cracked concrete. I would say this is a great place to live. I have been here for about 2 1/2 years and have enjoyed my stay besides the trash.Property Manager Responded

They are very kind hearted and considerate people & I'm super appreciative!
