Do not live here!!!
January 13, 2026I have lived at Cortland since October and have had multiple problems since before even moving in. I am a single female living alone. A week ago, I had an emergency maintenance issue and one of their staff members responded around 9:00 p.m. The maintenance technician was drunk upon arrival. His eyes were blood shot red and he was slurring his words. As a woman who lives alone, I was scared and didn’t know what to do. He did not seem like he wanted to leave, and I was genuinely terrified that ...something bad was going to happen. He was aggressive towards me, kept asking me if I thought he was stupid, and kept telling me not to report him to the front office. I reported the entire incident to the front desk the next day in tears. They stated they take these things “seriously”. As of yesterday, I saw this maintenance person still working here. The front desk has yet to follow up with me on my complaint, have not checked on me, and genuinely do not care. Please, do not move here. Go somewhere else where they care about you and where you will be safe.Property Manager Responded

From my very first tour with Kesha, I could sense the pride she takes in her work, which made a strong first impression. My interactions with the rest of the staff have also been excellent—Miranda is especially wonderful. She responds quickly, is attentive, and truly aims to please. March 18, 2025We honestly did love our apartment, it felt like a luxury apartment but many things have changed and for the price we pay the good no longer outweighs the bad. I've had my car broken into, maintenence walk into our home without warning (unlocking our door), cockroach infestation, terrible parking situation, the amount of accidents we've nearly been in due to the blind spots around the garages. Unfortunately we just don't feel it's the best or safest we can do for our newborn. My floor plan is horrible, there's no windows in the living room or dining room so smell from cooking is always trapped. Management is terrible. They will make you feel that you are frustrated that's why you are complaining about something whereas they don't realize that they always fail to help you with your problems.
