A recent situation was handled in an unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational manner, creating discomfort and embarrassment instead of being addressed respectfully. What was most concerning was the inconsistency in how policies were enforced, as similar situations involving other residents were not handled the same way. There is no supervision. I feel cheated and ignored. I have been reporting various irregularities for the past three months, and the administration has taken no action.
