April 17, 2025Mi Experiencia en Cortland Nona ha sido muy buena desde mi primera visita al momento de venir a conocer la comunidad, Barbara me atenido ese día y desde esa primera visita ya sabía que viviría acá, me encanta su ubicación, el apartamento me encantó y su vista era lo mejor, los comercios más importantes están super cerca, las áreas de la piscinas, barbecue, parque todo muy bello, las caminerías, etc… en general me gusta todo de Cortland Nona.Property Manager Responded

February 28, 2025Would not recommend this community. Hidden monthly fees of almost $100 for community electric and other random costs that began after 1.5 yr of living here. The manager said the fees included electric car charging (which we don’t have, but staff has been seen using). Staff have been rude and unhelpful. When asking about the fees, staff told my husband, “well, it’s expensive to live here.” We were also harassed for months about our 2 year old “walking too hard and crying,” saying that we made too ...much noise. Given, our daughter is in preschool 5 days a week, and we are rarely home. Plus, all the noise complaints were during the day (not during quiet hours). Their solution was to have us move at our own expense to another unit and no other option was considered. Another negative is the nightly street racing on Narcoossee every weekend that is extremely loud and disruptive. Despite the community’s beauty and convenient location, I would never recommend renting here due to the stress and aggravation we experienced with staff practices.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 28, 2025I would not recommend this place to anyone. The walls are extremely thing and you hear everything. You pay a lot of money to live here and you have to deal with people who play loud music at whatever time (2-5am)they want and any day during the week. As a healthcare worker, sleep is essential. We are reasonable people and do not complain about much but living here I have a lack of sleep due to people who are inconsiderate. There have been several complaints made and management does nothing but ...give you generic HR answers. The general manager does not interact with residents, so be prepared to only deal with assistant managers and front staff. Their retention rate is horrible, I have seen so many front staff people leave, which I don't blame them at all.
