June 26, 2025My husband and I have lived at Cortland Northlake for about a year now. We absolutely love it! We were pretty picky about finding an apartment that felt clean, good quality, and beautiful. This apartment has all of those things! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance team is very quick and attentive! We’ve hardly had issues with bugs (other than a few small spiders/roly-poly’s in the summer time) because of the effective regular pest treatments. Not having to care for your yard and having a community of wonderful neighbors and staff management that does everything they can for you. When I decided to get an apartment, these are truly the largest two bedroom units that I looked at. I really like my floor plan it has 1,230 Sq.ft.
