    Love the neighborhood down ! Lived here over a year and had to renew because the neighborhood is just great for me. Joe is so helpful and the absolute best. I do recommend living here.

  • Great customer attentiveness

    So far moving has been smooth. Joseph since day one has been very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs, starting from the tour to the lease documents and move in arrangements was quick to resolve a few things in the apt before move in, customer service and attentiveness has been the best and the community is very peaceful safe and clean.

  • Best of the Best!

    The community in Cortland is awesome! It's a very calm place with some great amenities with 2 pools, a Dog Park, an Office Area with a Billiards room and a recently renovated Gym. Definitely one of the best Bang for your Buck locations you'll find in Pembroke Pines. Trust me, I looked for 6 months and this was the best choice.
