Apartments for nice and bright! The complex is quiet and great for families! The grounds are always kept up very nice and there are lots of nice trees, so it feels secluded even though it’s a prime location. I loved living here.

I think overall this apartment checks off most boxes. The location is great (minus the hospital helipad across the street). Apartment price is great for what you get. Had a few issues with reoccurring maintenance issues but they were always timely in fixing them. Garage and hot tub amenity was a plus!

We loved our time here at Cortland Ridge. Spent 3 years here and don’t think we could have found a better place to rent in Utah County. Can’t beat the price and value with the amenities offered. We loved having our own garage, having access to the pool and hot tub, and not feeling crammed. Can’t beat the location being so close to the freeway.

I have been living here for 5 years now. The complex is very well kept. The remodeling they are doing on the units are fabulous. The staff is great. The apartments are very spacious. I love that they have no hidden fees. It is so close to everything but still super quiet.

I love how clean and spacious they are and I’m especially love having my own garage and spacious balcony. I’ve noticed the management people often cleaning the around the dumpsters, hallways, and property in general. Very clean and well maintained! Also, it’s close to I-15, many different grocery stores and other stores that I go daily. I highly recommend!
