Apartment price is great for what you get. Had a few issues with reoccurring maintenance issues but they were always timely in fixing them. Garage and hot tub amenity was a plus!

Can’t beat the price and value with the amenities offered. We loved having our own garage, having access to the pool and hot tub, and not feeling crammed. Can’t beat the location being so close to the freeway.

The apartments are very spacious. I love that they have no hidden fees. It is so close to everything but still super quiet.

I’ve noticed the management people often cleaning the around the dumpsters, hallways, and property in general. Very clean and well maintained! Also, it’s close to I-15, many different grocery stores and other stores that I go daily. I highly recommend!
