March 10, 2025Close to a lot of stores and restaurants, which are within walking distance. The Trinity river walk is a mile away and a beautiful walk. Pet friendly and pet parents love to introduce their fur babies to anyone friendly enough to meet them. Very nice appliances including washer and dryer. January 21, 2025This community is bittersweet. The location is hard to beat. The interior features are a luxury that typically come with a big mortgage payment. This place has so much potential and at a reasonable price. However, the greatness of this community is marred by the horrendous neighbors and zero lack of policy enforcement. From the office to the courtesy officers, you wonder if anyone actually works here. They don’t care to help or fix any issues. All they know how to do is send out automated emails. ...And then you have the courtesy officers who are annoyed about you contacting them. Why work here if you can’t stand people contacting you. Make it make sense. None of the employees have any pride in this community and it shows. It’s a shame because it really is a beautiful apartment in the best location.Property Manager Responded
