December 30, 2025Beautiful and new community I'm really loving the amenities (especially the cold plunge pool and the coffee bar) and the maintenance team is on the money! Pretty great so far!

It’s well maintained, the community feels welcoming and luxurious, and any concerns I’ve had are handled then and there. I especially want to recognize Eddie, who truly goes above and beyond. He’s professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference as a resident. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people who live here. Beware
December 12, 2025I am extremely disappointed with this place and its disorganized management. We signed a lease for a 1/1 with a lake view, and one week before move-in they informed us that our unit had been “accidentally” rented to someone else. This completely disrupted our move and was handled with zero urgency or accountability. The “replacement” units they offered were nothing like what we signed for — smaller, no lake view, and one was in unacceptable condition (ants, damaged/missing cabinets, and dead ...grass right outside). After showing us those options, they suddenly claimed they had another lake-view unit available, which felt very questionable and unprofessional. They also delayed our refund. We were told 7–10 days, but we only received it after repeatedly following up. Their mistakes could have left us with nowhere to go — especially with two dogs and no suitable units available. This experience was stressful from start to finish. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2025My husband and I moved in 4 weeks ago. We absolutely love this complex. Gorgeous and so convenient to everything! The grounds are kept immaculate. My dog enjoys his daily walk around the large lake with fountain! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dessi- what a kind and gentle person and so knowledgeable! She handled all my questions about moving here from Tennessee. And, I had a lot! She helped me with all the covenient apps and explained in detail how they work. Actually, everyone we ...encountered that work here were very nice and helpful, Have not had time to check out the huge gorgeous pool but will very soon and sauna and hot tub. Such a great place to live
August 13, 2025What I loved most about living here were the little things that made everyday life better such as the spacious closet that actually held all of my things, the deep sink that made cooking and cleaning easier, the warm kitchen lighting that made evenings feel so inviting, and the roomy bathroom that never felt cramped. The health-focused amenities were just as amazing - the sauna and cold plunge made such a difference in my energy and overall wellness. On top of all that, the staff was always such ...a pleasure to work with - friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making residents feel comfortable. What a Tour!!!!!!!
May 5, 2025Aubrey was guiding my tour of the property. She was welcoming and knowledgeable about the property. I wanted to tour a 3-Bedroom. And then came a rainstorm!!! She had umbrellas to accommodate the weather. It was an experience, having fun and touring the beautiful property and the amenities. The apartment is a perfect fit for my daughter and her friends. April 27, 2025All I can say is, “Wow!” From the moment you step foot on the property, be prepared to be amazed! This place is a hidden gem in the Royal Palm Beach area. The community is gorgeous. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The pool is breathtakingly beautiful. It is giving resort vibes! Oh, and the sauna, mmmmuah! Love it! Not to mention the apartment is full of light, open, and warm. I just love my new apartment!!
