December 8, 2025There is internal piping problems that cause them to make a loud “knock” sound occasionally, waking my child. I have a video and have sent it to management but it could not be resolved due to the fact it is internal (this has been a problem from the time we moved in 2022. Last night my neighbors washer backed up and the people below had water pouring into their unit. This is alarming and I fear there could be mold as a consequence. We have lived here for almost 4 years and I have loved ...management until the past year (give or take). We were wrongly charged $60 a month for building WiFi when it wasn’t operational in my unit and we had our own service thru spektrum. When we finally caught the charges it amounted to $600.00 of which has never been recouped. When the Spektrum people came out they confirmed it had not been set up or getting signal for all the time we were being wrongly billed by Courtland. This is unexceptionable and boarders on theft and fraud I just want things resolved so that I don’t have to be further inconvenienced. We have tried to chase down management multiple times with no resolve. We pay too much money to feel like we are not a valued “customer”. I’m afraid I’m not alone as I have heard of multiple instances of other tenants who have been here for years being treated in this way. Times are hard right now and it would go a long way if we tenants felt like management and ownership valued us long term tenants. If we are suppose to wait for money owed to us with no penalties to Courtland, the same should apply to a tenant who has lived here for years and was a day late on rent. I don’t want to name names but the people I am speaking to are hardworking respectable tenants who don’t deserve to be treated so poorly.Property Manager Responded

My apartment is incredibly cozy, and any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, the team has responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue promptly. I do live on the side facing a main street, so I occasionally hear drag racing or cars drifting on the weekends. While I wish there were something that could be done about that, I still feel safe and secure in the community. My ...only real concern is the utility bill—specifically the water bill, which feels unusually high. I’m hopeful the community can work with the utility company to check for any potential leaks or issues that might be causing this increase.
