      I absolutely LOVE Cortland. I live in Boca Uptown currently and because of my experience here, I have decided to extend my stay within the Cortland community. Their property, their community, my neighbors and the environment around me makes me truly happy living here. I know things are not always perfect when living in an apartment community but the staff has always been so attentive and helps/listens to all my needs or wants. I know they are all great but Kamiyah has been truly a blessing. She ...
      is easy to talk to, helps see things through and always offers her assistance even when I'm not "asking" for it but she just knows when I really need it. How amazing is that!! That's when you know you live in a community/property that cares about their residents.

      After living here for a while, I can tell that apart from the amenities, the atmosphere and the amazing close by plaza, also the team in the office are great.       The elevator was out for over a month, very inconvenient for me since I use a walker and had to walk a distance each time I left my apartment. The floors in the hallways are very unattractive. Like the staff and amenities provided to us, Pool area very nice and well maintained
