The indoor parking is important as I do not like walking from my car to my apartment in the rain, especially if I'm carrying packages. LOVE living here!!
July 31, 2025I absolutely LOVE Cortland. I live in Boca Uptown currently and because of my experience here, I have decided to extend my stay within the Cortland community. Their property, their community, my neighbors and the environment around me makes me truly happy living here. I know things are not always perfect when living in an apartment community but the staff has always been so attentive and helps/listens to all my needs or wants. I know they are all great but Kamiyah has been truly a blessing. She ...is easy to talk to, helps see things through and always offers her assistance even when I'm not "asking" for it but she just knows when I really need it. How amazing is that!!
