    Overall the luxury, I'm paying for isn't there anymore. Between the gates, elevators, the amount of people that don't pick up after their dogs, the charging situation, the filth in the stairwells,,, it's just disappointing

    I love living at Uptown Cortland because I feel like I'm in the city! The indoor parking is important as I do not like walking from my car to my apartment in the rain, especially if I'm carrying packages. I like the amenities, the location , the staff and the coffee bar!
