After living here for 2 years, I can say this is one of the most beautiful places to stay if you want to rent in Birmingham. A pretty quiet and safe area with amazing views. Living close to 5 Points and to work makes Cortland an attractive option, but the amenities, the views, and the friendly staff make it an easy decision.
