Terrible staff and managment!!
November 2, 2025The management and maintenance staff here are completely unprofessional. They actually smoke inside the apartments, which makes the place smell terrible and is very unhealthy for tenants. Instead of respecting residents’ living spaces, they treat the property like it’s their own hangout spot. Management doesn’t seem to care about complaints or maintaining a clean, smoke-free environment. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.Property Manager Responded

Stressful!
December 14, 2023The staffing in cortland are the most lazy and unprofessional team that I ever seen. I moved here from New york city where there are more pressure and busy schedual still work get done better. Here there are not as much apartment to maintain but still you get the worst service ,golf cars sitting there in same spot for hours everyday..redicilous! also office they will stop answering your phone calls once you lease. Nice location BUT terrible apartment and staff!
November 30, 2023Poor quality of sercices the way you will be treated before and after the lease is completly different "Trap". Advice: if you have no choice but to live here I suggest take pictures and adress all the issue that you will found when you move in because deff you wont find it ready yet and the managment they will make you pay for every tiny things you did and you did not! A Good choice!

For the most part everyone keeps to themselves and if there is a problem the APT is quick to address it! Every once and a while we need to put in a maintenence request and our go to guy is Nathan! About as good as apartment living gets
