February 24, 2020This complex used to be worth it. Near a lake, nice pool, access to two 24/7 gyms, good location and possibility for a garage. But once Cortland took over not only did the rent increase overall, but the additional fees not advertised can get quite pricey. Certain issues were there before the takeover, such as many structural issues, so that cannot be put on Cortland, but instead of tackling the issues, Cortland continues to do useless renovations such as a new leasing office, some sort of gym ...renovation (I have not noticed any improvement despite work taking several months. The new lights they put in burned out in a couple of months. There are still some positives. The maintenance team is very quick and responsive to issues.
