Great Experience
April 14, 2024The experience of living at Cortland Windward has been amazing. I enjoy the location, with being right around the corner from downtown Alpharetta. I also enjoy the amenities, like the gym, and pool. Also the management team has been great from the beginning when I was looking for an apartment, to now helping me answer questions, and completing maintenance requests.Property Manager Responded

February 29, 2024Be very careful when choosing your apartment home here. If you like peace and quiet, you do not want to get an apartment under anyone else. You can hear every thing. I can hear my neighbors snoring. I can hear the constant noise of his dog grinding on his chew toy! Be careful!!!Property Manager Responded
