    Cortland Woodlands is a very nice community to live in. A living environment that focuses on residents' security. It offers apartment homes to suite everyone needs, if you are single or have a family. Very close to interstates I75/285. A very exciting area that is very close to nice high-end restaurants, the 4 times winning World Series home of the Atlanta Braves, Truist Park Stadium, clothing and specialty shops.     Nice location and neighbors. The newly renovated units were done by a low quality team that left many plumbing and electrical problems, its taken months to fix. The price for these renovated units isnt worth it. Leasing office and property managers often lie / dont actually know the policies. You have to have everything saved in writing or an email since they will say one thing in person/ over the phone and then claim they never said it.
