I find myself frustrated about the responsiveness of service requests, in general the manager has literally used the phrase “I don’t know” when I’ve asked questions. November 11, 2024This place cares more about its general outside appearance than the quality of its apartments and care of its residents. The staff is either new, rude, or incompetent. It has arbitrary and inconsistent rules; the rules are like the worst HOA you’ve ever dealt with (I.e. saying you cannot decorate for holidays or hang holiday lights on your balcony/door). There are pros, but cons outweigh them in my opinion. I haven’t had a usable microwave in 3 weeks, I haven’t had a usable washing machine for a ...week and have ruined clothes and sheets because of it, the side gate to the residence has been broken for almost 4 months.
