    Cortland at P83 is a welcoming community. Management is big on making everyone feel comfortable safe. They are also very understanding and give the upmost respect to their employees and the community. If you are looking for a place to call home, THIS IS THE PLACE!!     Worst experience living in building 2. Traffic noise from the 75th Avenue does not let you sleep or even watch TV.
