      Cortland at P83 is a welcoming community. Management is big on making everyone feel comfortable safe. They are also very understanding and give the upmost respect to their employees and the community. If you are looking for a place to call home, THIS IS THE PLACE!! I’ve had so much fun here especially when they host community events such as a community cook out by the pool or even just dance classes for those looking to get back into the groove.       Worst experience living in building 2. Traffic noise from the 75th Avenue does not let you sleep or even watch TV.

      I love how dog friendly this apartment complex is especially with all the plants they’ve planted for the dog to take walks, and to water the dog. It’s an amazing place to live.

      Cortland at P38 is a perfect apartment community for me. Safe and secure. Excellent response to service requests, very clean and modern appearance, in a super location. The swimming pool and workout rooms are handy. Nearby trails for cycling, jogging, or walks.
