March 4, 2025Please do not move here. The apartments are infested. The gym equipment is always broke and never cleaned. The managers are very dismissive to any concerns. Trash piles in front of units all the time outside of valet trash days and hours. Constants water shut offs because they are always renovating.Property Manager Responded

Regarding the pest-related concern you mentioned, we have regular pest control services, have you already submitted a ticket to have them visit your apartment? If not, I can help you with this. Our fitness center equipment is maintained regularly by a third-party vendor, and we have a housekeeper regularly attends to this amenity. Is there a particular area that needs to be addressed? We will do an immediate review to ensure it is in proper working order and clean. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Our goal is always to provide attentive and respectful service. March 3, 2025Cortland at the Village is an amazing place to live! The amenities are fantastic, and the property itself is *beautiful*, with great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The pickleball courts are used almost every night, and it's always a fun time! Also, as an electric vehicle owner, it's great having numerous onsite EV chargers. Furthermore, I have never lived in an apartment with a better management team than the team at Cortland at the Village. They are friendly, very responsive, and very ...helpful. They also host community events which are genuinely very fun; I've attended swing dancing, a casino night, and pickleball mixers, and have thoroughly enjoyed each event.
