The location, the professionalism, the easy access to staff and facility benefits are wonderful. Cortland on Blake is truly a special place and I plan on staying for quite some time. I'm usually nomadic and leave a place after a year; I don't plan on that with Cortland. The surrounding environment and coffee shops and pastry shops are fantastic, as well as the immediate neighborhood. Truly, a ...hidden gem of a homeplace to live. Cortland as a company doesn’t care about the staff that works in the building and doesn’t care about resident experience. Not management fault. I see them constantly working hard trying to clean and fix things but Cortland chooses to short staff the building and the building is way too big for a single office person and two maintainer staff.Review from Apartments.com

They have never returned a call or an email from me, I have to go in person to get a response. They've often given me incorrect information as well. Excellent Move In Process!
December 18, 2024We just moved in and I could not be happier with the experience. Jennett in the leasing office was a true superstar! We did a virtual tour on a Friday and had our lease signed by the following Thursday, moved in Saturday. She made the process super smooth and was very communicative and sweet as could be. Our unit was tidy and in good condition when we arrived. Great bones and easily feels like home after a short time. Not worth the price
November 7, 2024I’ve had a disappointing experience at Cortland on Blake. While the location is convenient, there are several issues that made my stay less than ideal. Maintenance requests take an unreasonable amount of time to address, and even then, the fixes feel temporary. The noise levels are also a constant problem, with thin walls that do little to block out sound from neighbors or street traffic. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of service and amenities. Cortland on Blake has potential, ...but it definitely needs improvement to match the luxury it advertises.Property Manager Responded
