Cortland is a terrible company that should be sued out of existence. They skip on maintenance as a matter of policy. This company spent over a billion dollars buying new properties in Q4 last year and then claims they cannot afford proper maintenance and repairs.

I called bc I panicked as my microwave began sparking violently! The apartment filled with burned electrical odor. The customer service rep on phone was assertive and within 15 mins the apt employee was taking care of things. I appreciate the level of concern and urgency that was held here! Thank you!!

Cortland has been an exceptional experience for me and I've never been happier with an apartment complex. The location, the professionalism, the easy access to staff and facility benefits are wonderful. Cortland on Blake is truly a special place and I plan on staying for quite some time. I'm usually nomadic and leave a place after a year; I don't plan on that with Cortland.
