November 2, 2023I don't have kind words to say about this place. The parking is an issue for everyone. Unless you pay for a spot, youre going to be circling for hours. The only pleasant thing about tjis place is Nelson the maintenance guy, and Nate, who is super friendly. The grounds are poorly kept, the garbage is an eye sore, oh and did I mention the parking. Our groundskeeper is responsible for keeping the community grounds clean and enjoyable for all residents. Is there a particular location that you are noticing an issue with the grounds? We understand the trash being left outside of the compactor has been an ongoing issue and are currently enforcing the trash policy and issuing fines to violators.
