The only pleasant thing about tjis place is Nelson the maintenance guy, and Nate, who is super friendly. The grounds are poorly kept, the garbage is an eye sore, oh and did I mention the parking. We understand that the parking on the north side of our community is extremely tight, and we have additional parking scheduled to be added to the community in 2024. Our groundskeeper is responsible for keeping the community grounds clean and enjoyable for all residents. Is there a particular location that you are noticing an issue with the grounds? We understand the trash being left outside of the compactor has been an ongoing issue and are currently enforcing the trash policy and issuing fines to violators. October 18, 2023Management team is nice and warm. They are willing to help. The community amenity is great and easily to access. Unit is cozy and in a good shape. October 13, 2023Cortland on Coyote Ridge is a wonderful place to reside. I have enjoyed every minute since I have moved here. The front office is super friendly and helpful! Also the maintenance team is pretty quick at resolving issues. The apartments pretty spacious, modern, and very sleek inside. The complex has a really beautiful pool with a great outdoor setup including tvs to watch by the grill. The gym is quite large and has almost everything you would find in a commercial gym.
