I do think Cortland on Coyote Ridge is one the best apartment living complexes in this area and also Dallas. I have been there for three years at that location and I find staff to be extremely friendly and approachable at all times. I am pretty well, satisfied.

I don't have kind words to say about this place. The parking is an issue for everyone. Unless you pay for a spot, youre going to be circling for hours. The only pleasant thing about tjis place is Nelson the maintenance guy, and Nate, who is super friendly. The grounds are poorly kept, the garbage is an eye sore, oh and did I mention the parking. Oh yeah....and the parking.

Management team is nice and warm. They are willing to help. The community amenity is great and easily to access. Unit is cozy and in a good shape. Right beside a golf course is a good place for hiking. Next to highway easily to have transportation link but noise is inevitible on the highway end outspace.

me and my husband have been resident of Cortland at Coyote ridge over a year. We love the community and the surrounding areas. Management is always friendly and helpful. When we submit a maintenance claim they always respond fast. The community is always clean.

Cortland on Coyote Ridge is a wonderful place to reside. I have enjoyed every minute since I have moved here. The front office is super friendly and helpful! Also the maintenance team is pretty quick at resolving issues. The apartments pretty spacious, modern, and very sleek inside. The complex has a really beautiful pool with a great outdoor setup including tvs to watch by the grill. The gym is quite large and has almost everything you would find in a commercial gym.
