    I've just visited the apartment and loved every minute of it. The leasing agent Ms. Ellis was especially helpful. Showing me other great features about the building that I may not have thought of before. Overall, my experience was been amazing! Ms. Ellis took great care of me and made sure the entire experience was smooth!

    After 3 years living in this community, I still feel Place on Ponce (POP) is the best place to live in Decatur. It’s just so easy to feel grounded here. Things making that possible: great location, super staff!, ease of shopping, neighborhood. POP rules!

    Bill is phenomenal! We didn’t really need to ask many questions because he was so thorough. We toured the property and was very impressed. Bill gave us so much information and made us feel so comfortable even with what we’re dealing with during this time. Everyone seems very friendly. Love the security access and the floor plans. The kitchens are a great size and the bathrooms are a very nice size. Thank you so much!!!

    My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and love the location. I work in healthcare so it’s nice being so close to work at Emory and Children’s. In our spare time we can walk to some of the best restaurants or take MARTA to games. We feel very safe here and it’s quiet even if I’m working night shift.

  • Love the Place on Ponce

    I have been here for a little over 3 years and love this place. The location is fabulous--I can walk to so many spots in downtown Decatur. We have a really nice group of residents and cute pets. The amenities are great. The leasing office is so nice to work with. During quarantine, one of the maintenance people noticed the light over my apartment door was out--he replaced it without my calling it in. I really feel at home here.

    We have lived at Place on Ponce for more than 3 years in both a 1 BR and a 2 BR and have loved the experience. We love having a balcony that overlooks downtown Decatur, and it's walkable to tons of restaurants and green spaces in the area. The pool and gym are great amenities, as is the secure parking garage. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there are lots of friendly neighbors as well. It's also very dog friendly, which is great with our 2 dogs.

    On one side, a nice family neighborhood with lots of nature that's nice for walking. On the other side, urban part of Decatur. We are walking distance from plenty of restaurants, shops, and even the MARTA station. We love our spacious 2/2. Big bath and shower, very nice big kitchen with decent appliances. We were originally trying to avoid carpet, but we were very happy that they put in new carpet before we moved in. Our balcony overlooking the zen garden is very cozy and has a nice pop of ...
    nature with cardinals that fly about. Bedrooms and closets are decent size. Overall very comfortable. The office is very professional, they handle mail, work orders, and other concerns very well. The amenities are nice, I can charge my car, there's secured bike storage, a covered garage, pool, grills, modern gym, and much more.

    POP knows how to make you feel right at home. Finding an apartment community you can trust is difficult, especially in a major city. But POP made me feel welcome and respected since day 1. The location is perfect for anyone that likes to walk/bike to things. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
