August 1, 2020Bill is phenomenal! We didn’t really need to ask many questions because he was so thorough. We toured the property and was very impressed. Bill gave us so much information and made us feel so comfortable even with what we’re dealing with during this time. Everyone seems very friendly. Love the security access and the floor plans. Great location
May 25, 2020My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and love the location. I work in healthcare so it’s nice being so close to work at Emory and Children’s. Love the Place on Ponce
May 22, 2020I have been here for a little over 3 years and love this place. The location is fabulous--I can walk to so many spots in downtown Decatur. We have a really nice group of residents and cute pets. The amenities are great. The leasing office is so nice to work with. Great amenities, staff, and location
May 22, 2020We have lived at Place on Ponce for more than 3 years in both a 1 BR and a 2 BR and have loved the experience. We love having a balcony that overlooks downtown Decatur, and it's walkable to tons of restaurants and green spaces in the area. The pool and gym are great amenities, as is the secure parking garage. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there are lots of friendly neighbors as well. It's also very dog friendly, which is great with our 2 dogs.Review from Apartments.com
Great location and love the property!
May 21, 2020On one side, a nice family neighborhood with lots of nature that's nice for walking. On the other side, urban part of Decatur. We are walking distance from plenty of restaurants, shops, and even the MARTA station. We love our spacious 2/2. Big bath and shower, very nice big kitchen with decent appliances. We were originally trying to avoid carpet, but we were very happy that they put in new carpet before we moved in. Our balcony overlooking the zen garden is very cozy and has a nice pop of ...nature with cardinals that fly about. Bedrooms and closets are decent size. Overall very comfortable. The office is very professional, they handle mail, work orders, and other concerns very well.
