Wonderful community. From the maintenance to the management they are all professional, friendly and quick to respond. The amenities are beautiful. Gated community is a plus. The only issue that we had since living here was the parking spot where multiple times someone has used our designated spot and coming from night shift it was frustrating but i know it was beyond the management's control, but hopefully there are steps to avoid this from happening again. This is a desert community located next to a wash. No matter how well you prepare, snakes will always make their way onto the property at some point or another. It is the responsibility as the owner of the property to ensure the safety of tenants, and leaving rattlesnakes to block walkways for over 24 hours is an appalling failure of that responsibility. Shame on Cortland on the Loop, first for failing to respond to an after hours emergency (the 24/7 hotline has no contact information for anyone ...
on-site after hours), second for failing to remove the threat, a rattlesnake, due to ‘not having a corporate approved vendor,’ and third for refusing reimbursement to tenants for having the snake removed themselves to unblock the common walkway. Please prioritize tenant safety moving forward by accounting for the unique challenges a desert property presents, or do not manage a desert property at all.

Cortland on the loop isn't just another Apartment complex in Tucson. It's THE BEST apartments in Tucson. Nowhere else can you find yourself within walking distance of the grocery store while also in walking distance of a absolutely beautiful pool. Never in my life would I have imagined waking up and feeling like I live on a resort.
