Very animal friendly. Love that and the main reason I chose this place, my dog is my baby and I wanted to make sure the bark park was the main reason. It's a beautiful place to live in and in a great part of town. Theres proximity to many stores nearby.

We have loved our time at Cortland on the Loop. The staff are very polite, and the amenities are well maintained. It is a safe and quiet community next to the Tucson Loop, which the service team also maintains. Definitely something we did not expect, but that we extremely appreciate!

Cortland on the Loop has been a better complex than my previous living arrangements. In general, the place is secure, clean, and updated. I would like to see maintenance step up their cleanliness and promptness, but otherwise I have few complaints.

Parking issues, this wasn't our first experience and this keeps happening also all over the apartment complex, someone parked on our reserved parking spot, we weren't able to park on our spot and giving us trouble to where to park our car. Called service hotline who couldnt help either, called towing service who said they needed an approval first which wont happen since its night time and the office is closed. I thought there was a 24hr security in the complex. Otherwise the management staff are ...
