A new management company took over the complex that I have been living in for nearly 10 years, along with a bunch of other properties in town, and is trying to raise rents 8-10% on new leases, claiming that they want to bring the apartments "up to market value". When you own all the apartment complexes in town, you're making the "market value", so that's bs logic. Otherwise, it's a beautiful property, the apartments are lovely, and the maintenance staff is amazing.

Too Noisy

Walls are paper thin. When my neighbors talked, I could hear every word, clearly. It sounded like they were sitting in my own living room. Footsteps upstairs sounded like elephants.The neighbor playing music too loud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would NEVER live there again and I do not recommend it to anyone

Home is adequate

The staff is very friendly, but the complex is badly managed. I have one bathroom in my home when toilet was clogged it took maintenance 2 days to repair. We have had issues with all the appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher and it always takes days (sometimes weeks) for the appliance to be repaired. Most recently, the refrigerator stopped working on the day I had restocked. Despite multiple calls, it took days to replace. The end result: several hundred dollars worth of food had to be thrown ...
