Quiet and Convenient

Best place in Chapel Hill!
August 31, 2018This place is the best! I have lived at many places in Chapel Hill that were nothing like Cosgrove. They built these apartments to sell them but something happened and now they rent. You can tell because my apartment is beautiful! Kevin, Paul, and Mike do a great job at running the place. My only complaint is the trash dumpster is far from my place so I usually drive. They should think about valet trash service. You won’t be sorry you rented here!Property Manager Responded

Perfect Place
July 24, 2018Cosgrove Hill is a great place to live. It’s made great with the friendly, helpful, great personalities of Paul, Kevin, and Mike. They make our apartment complex feel like a happy, caring community. The best
August 26, 2015By far the best apartment complex I've lived in. The physical qualities of the apartments and complex is fantastic; it really felt like living in a condo instead of an apartment. The staff is incredibly helpful and sweet, and you get to know each other rather than being just another tenant. My time there was worry free, and it really was great to have the reassurance that anything, even as minor as a dead light bulb in the oven, was fixed ASAP. Great location to get around town on your own, plus ...tons of grocery stores nearby. The complex is on/near several bus lines, too, so very convenient to get to downtown Chapel Hill/UNC.
