attitude from so called management people give fake names takes weeks to get anything fixed and that is rare never make appointment for maintenance they just show up when they want

With plenty of open green space, pet friendly and great office staff, that alone would make it a nice place to live. But add to that the yearly tenant barbeque, spagetti feed, egg hunt, pea patch garden, homework club for the kids, free gift wrap station at holiday time , summer camp and the list goes on making it a GREAT place to live! It's a community, not just an apartment. As a bonus, with the layout of most of the apartments, you don't have an upstairs tenant or a downstairs tenant. Most of ...

the apartments are on a single level. So enjoy your neighbors without the annoying overhead thumping! They really are like cottages! Not everyone qualifies to live here, there are income restrictions, but if you do qualify, you will never want to leave!

Cottage bay offers a variety of different things to do with the kids in our community. They really reach out and help the families here with school supplies, homework meetings. That's what caught our eye when looking for a home. Not including the skylight.
