another older lady came to the door and said there was available units but it could be January before they possibly could be occupied. She was hesitant to place me on her waiting list which she stated over 300 people were currently waiting to occupy and that it was a 5-7 year wait. She did not offer for me to complete an application but placed my name and phone number in a notebook. I tried to apply back in February of this year and the young office worker also recommended that I not complete an application because there was nothing available but that she would text me as soon as she had anything (2 or 3 bedroom). She also had written my name on a random page in a notebook which wasn't odd to me due to my reliance on my own notebooks for my work. I have been kind of misplaced since January 2021 and am in desperate need of housing after finding temporary housing after a period of homelessness. I even asked if she could move my name up on the list because of this situation and she said that she could not. I plan to reach out to the owner and even asked the police chief to contact them on my behalf (certain he would not want a homeless person on his streets). I would not recommend wasting your time applying here. I'm disappointed in the management after being so excited to see it built not too long ago and the fact my hopes were up over the pool. Hope this review helps you or possibly helps them have a change of heart concerning my situation.
