  • Deceptive management

    I lived at this location for 3 years. When I first arrived, everything seemed to be good. Everything was nice and clean and staff was friendly. I won't go into too much detail about most of that time as it was just a few little things. The main reason for writing this review is to let others know of the dishonesty of this business and to protect yourselves vigorously by keeping detailed records of every interaction with them.     never note accounts after being asked to and decide to have selective memory at a moments' notice. Back in early May of 2024, there was a fire that occurred in one of the apartments that were in my building (I want to apologize to the tenants for having to bring this up, complaint about the company requires it). The sprinkler systems went off and thoroughly soaked that apartment. The water from the sprinkler system flooded the downstairs apartments adjacent to it. I had a one bedroom studio apartment that was on the second floor but the staircase led down to the first story where my front door was. Water was running out from underneath my staircase and out my front door. I had emergency personnel tell me that they were required to enter my apartment and check the second floor to ensure no damage was taking place. Long story short, the emergency personnel tracked dirt and grime up and down my staircase. When the manager and assistant property manager both showed up, they had a dehumidifier delivered to pull up all the water which I had to personally empty for over a week. During that conversation, the stairs were discussed and let them know then that the stairs should not be responsibility, to which they agreed. I asked them to note my file (my fault for not looking over their shoulder to make sure they did their job) and thought this was a done deal. When I moved out, they came back and charged my for the staircase. I argued with them but they chose to have selective memory about the situation and charged me anyway. This is the deception I am referring to as I should not have been charged for the staircase. It's not about the money, it is about the deception. Do not trust these people ever, no matter how nice they seem to be. The very people I was speaking with were the very same people that were there for the conversation but suddenly had selective memory and told me to show my proof. The proof was in their heads the whole time because they were there.

We understand your concerns regarding the carpet charges and wanted to provide some clarification. Unfortunately, the carpet had to be replaced due to significant wear and multiple stains throughout, which made it unacceptable for the next resident. As part of our standard process, we did inform you prior to your move-out that we wanted our carpet professionals to assess the condition, as we were concerned it might require replacement. After their inspection, we confirmed with you—still before your move-out—that the carpet was not salvageable. We value all our residents and strive to be as fair and transparent as possible in our move-out process. If you have further questions or would like to discuss this in more detail, we’d be happy to speak with you directly.

  • Great place to call home!

    The monthly resident events are my favorite! The office puts on cute events and even did a cutest pet contest for all the community pets. Maintenance requests are always taken care of right away. The pool is kept clean, same with landscaping. Just a great place over all!!

  • Fantastic Staff & Apartment Complex

    Moved from Florida to Tn & not use to 7 degree weather. Woke one morning with water all over kitchen floor. Office responded immediately to my maintenance request and within the hour Tom was there. Fixed problem quickly, cleaned up mess and gave wonderful suggestions for the maintenance of appliances. I’ve been here 5 months and love the place. Courtney and Layken in the office are ALWAYS patient, attentive and extremely helpful to me.(I’m 74 and not too computer literate.) They are always there ...
    to help me. If you are looking for a nice apartment, friendly people and excellent facilities, I highly recommend this place.
