I would currently give my experience with the apartment rental process 4 out of 5 stars. So far, the process has been pretty smooth and straightforward. The information provided about the apartment was helpful, and the application and leasing process were fairly easy to understand. The staff has been friendly and professional when answering questions, which made the experience less stressful. I also appreciate how quickly I was able to get information about availability, pricing, and the next ...

steps for moving forward. There were a few minor things that could have been communicated more clearly, and I think having more detailed information throughout the process would make the experience even better. However, overall, I am satisfied with how everything has gone so far. I have not moved in yet, so I cannot speak about the apartment itself, but my experience with the rental process has been positive.

Overall satisfied here, maintenance responds quickly and front desk is very helpful and they do call often to ensure quality of service. The area is quiet, I’ve lived here for 2 years no problems with neighbors or roommates
