March 7, 2026Things are ok in the community. The residence take some getting use to though. I have to remind them to clean up behind themselves and take their over flowing trash out before they attract bugs. The kitchen is constantly dirty and because of that, I have never cooked in there. I can honestly say that the only time I ever go in there is to wash something out. I like my room but wish I had a place all to myself.Property Manager Responded

February 20, 2026Overall, my experience living at Cottages Apartments has been positive. The community is generally quiet and comfortable, and I have enjoyed the atmosphere during my stay. The only concern I had was at the beginning of my residency, when maintenance responses were not as fast as I expected. However, I have noticed a clear improvement recently, and service requests are now handled more efficiently. It is encouraging to see that management has worked to improve in this area.
