October 31, 2025Overall, this is a good place to live — it’s close to the university, convenient for students, and the apartments are clean and comfortable. Maintenance is generally responsive, and the area feels safe. However, the emergency response system needs improvement. I was once locked out not because I forgot my key, but because my key card stopped working, and I had to spend the night at a friend’s place due to lack of immediate help. If it had been a regular lockout, I would’ve been charged $175, ...which feels unfair when the issue is caused by a system failure. Also, I renewed my lease and was promised a gift card as part of the renewal offer, but even though the general move-in was in August, I still haven’t received it, and it’s now almost November. Overall, it’s a good and convenient place to live, but management should improve emergency response and ensure promised incentives are delivered on time.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2025I'm here for convenience. I don't like how the pool is closed 24/7, and that I can only go to the gym during office hours. September 15, 2025The survey was easy my experience at cottages has been a little ok here and there the only problem I had with my apartment was that a lot of stuff in my room was broken and the paint on the wall was pilling and the dresser was broke and I think the light switch was broke as well other than that I enjoy having my roommates there really nice to meProperty Manager Responded

September 10, 2025At the time of writing this review I've lived here ~3mo. Street parking is semi-available. Parking passes are available for a monthly fee. Laundry machines are not full-size. Rolling dice for window in bathroom. Gym open only during office hours. Kitchen appliances need upgrading. Saw a large roach by washer/dryer, haven't seen anymore since first moving in. I was also equipped with boric acid diatomaceous earth. Some walkways flood when rain hits. Welcoming environment in community overall. Not ...a horrible experience.Property Manager Responded
