Horrible
July 30, 2019I agree with the previous post. When I first moved in everything was ok due to the fact we stayed in the house. You pay all that money to reside in a community that has management residing in the properties and under their discretion you get harassed by them with notices and fines under the employees discretion. Not once have I seen the employees that reside in the community be neighborly as they suggest residence to be. Horrible and too much money for the headaches. Different rules apply to you ...versus the management that stays in the community. They do whatever they want while you get penalized.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE Management Company
May 16, 2019HORRIBLE rental community! Would highly recommend having a good lawyer on retainer should you decide to live here, to ensure what the management company constantly threatens you with is actually legally within their boundaries. Community used to be wonderful, but has gone horrible south in the past two years. Management has point blank shared that the owners do not care about the tenants at all, and if they are not happy with what is going on in the community they can leave. Save your time and ...hard earned money, and find a better rental property to do business with. One that will treat you with courtesy and respect and that will not make you uncomfortable living in your own house.Property Manager Responded
