February 3, 2025This neighborhood gives the perfect college experience: more affordable and better living quarters than on campus housing/apartments, but still close enough to have easy access to school and activities. January 1, 2025I love living in this community. The people are super friendly. I love the pool ammenity, however some of the amenities such as the printer and study room don't work. The front office is super nice and helpful. They are good at fixing any complaints we have had with our unit. The base furniture is good. Some of the appliances aren't the most up to date but usually maintenance is provided by the apartment and they fix up anything as needed.Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2024At first I was unsure about choosing the cottages, but overall I have to say that it is a great place to live! They have many amenities that are very resourceful. I personally love the pool and the study rooms. The cottages hosts a lot of activities for the residents. My roommates and I enjoy attending what they have to offer.
