Not happy with Cottages of Belton

She is there maybe 1-2 days a week and won’t answer the phone. Always has the doors locked no matter the time. Someone should be there five days a week this is a senior citizen community. And they do not take care of the snow quick enough for people to get out of their houses. It is ridiculous! You do not treat elderly people like this. It’s so wrong! People can’t even take their trash out or get into their garages because there’s so much snow. They used to have people contracted to come and ...
clean it and make sure everything was good for them and they do not do that anymore and this is ridiculous! You do not treat senior communities like this it’s wrong! I would definitely not recommend to live there!

Lived here 3 yrs. Moving back to KS. Cottage style apts. On ground level. My apt has a beautiful flower garden, front lawn area, facing trees, see deer once in a while, nice patio area. Large window in LR and BR. Close to 71 hwy but usually not too noisy. Lots of shopping, restaurants nearby. Elec and gas. No dishwasher. Small washer/dryer hookup space. Close to hospital. Garage available.
