We needed to find an apartment for my son starting his first job in 2 weeks. After consulting local friends and visiting several places, we settled on the Cottages. Nataly was especially helpful, going beyond to make this happen. Somehow at the ABSOLUTE last min, we got everything completed so he could move in. We’ve been there different times of the day and so far, it’s always quiet. Convenient to everything you need and 10 min from downtown.

So far it has been great! I enjoy living here, the neighborhood is in a decent area and it’s generally pretty quiet for the most part. We will definitely be staying at the very minimum 1 more year!

I admire the decorations on different apartment doors; it makes the area look like the ones in Vanstory Hills and other neighborhoods. Even just a simple small decoration does something for the whole area. (I like the pumpkin decoration on one apartment door close by).

I am single woman who has been living at the cottages on elm for over 3 .5 years. I told the office staff that I left my keys in the door over night and that one of my house keys were removed from the Keychain. Her response was it would be $50 and as soon as you bring it we will change it. She didn't even care about whether I had the money right then or that someone had access to where I live. I was also told that if i pay a monthly payment that I could get a washer and dryer. Weeks after ...
no response, I called back, the staff member said that they only supply them to certain units. I don't usually complain but I need to know that safety is number 1 priority for the tenants.

Amazing front desk and maintenance staff they are all very friendly, the apartment dishwasher was leaking but after we told maintenance about it they came about 15-20 minutes later they came by and fixed it
