Lack of maintenance
January 25, 2025Been here for almost 5 years and every winter the hot water goes out and they refuse to fix it properly. I hope you like cold showers. Also washer machine barely works after they looked at it 3 times. I have 2 outstanding work orders for hot water and they won't respond. Stay away from this place they also raise the rent $150+ every year.Property Manager Responded

Hotel Apartment
August 19, 2015I live on the first floor of my apartments that are shaped like a horseshoe. Every day the hallways are cleaned and yearly inspections happen to make sure code is met. My tenants are great and make sure the whole property is in great shape. My apartment is beautiful and my patio is very large. I cannot hear my neighbors and I'm sure they can't hear me.I feel like I'm in a home. I love my apartment.Review from Apartments.com
