Will be relocating to Las Vegas very soon. I sent an inquiry to Cottonwood Creek. A woman named Xiomara called me back. She was very professional, generous with her time, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about that community.. I have yet to see the inside of any of those apartments. I hope they are lovely. However, I know that "the people who work and who live there" are the ones who makes a person feel at home. Thank you Xiomara!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE BY CHOICE!! Light bulbs in the fridge never works old dishwashers and random sinks in hallways! You shouldn’t have to ask for an “upgraded” apartment. THEY ALL NEED UPGRADING AND SPRAYING!

This looks nice on the surface. Management will approve small fixes that are usually half fixed with aluminum tape and caulk. I had to make some of the fixes myself like the hole under the AC unit, taking the spray paint off the cabinets & door hardware, weather stripping the door. Nothing has been replaced or updated since 1978. I've been complimented on the cleanliness of my apt several times but I still have plenty of roaches, crickets, & beetles. Traffic is busy so the location isn't that ...

convenient. The pool has been closed for weeks with no plan to re-open it.
