New Renovation
November 28, 2025They are doing a wonderful job at remodeling the entire complex. All units will be renovated and the work has begun. Some Apts are ready. No issues with bugs as they are on it. Do Not Move Here
October 17, 2024Within my first month, the unit was not moved in ready. I had packages stolen, I was notified of bug infestations in all the complexes not by management but by notices placed on my building's door. I apparently moved in, in the midst of new management taking over. I STRONGLY ADVISE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. Unless you don't mind the possibility of living with roaches, loud, ignorant, and inconsiderate neighbors, or flipping a coin that this new management can fix the issues with this "community". Maintance is horrible.

There are a wide variety of people that currently reside here, which adds to the character of the place.
