A/C only works sometimes.
July 3, 2024My boyfriend and I just moved in last month, and we are in love with the apartment/location. The only thing that seems to be so wrong is our A/C doesn't blow out cool air. Maintenance has been notified 3x but has only come to check it out once, plus told us there was nothing they could do about it. The air only kicks on certain days, and we're in 90-100 degree weather! I noticed a lot of my neighbors have portable window ac units just to keep their apartment cool. The ac is something that is part ...of the lease before signing. Nobody should have to go out and buy a portable ac unit. You can actually hold rent for that issue. I also noticed the apt ac units are very small! I'm not sure what this business was thinking, but something has got to change about this.Property Manager Responded

A Community of Last Resort
August 11, 2022This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. There is dog waste and garbage scattered everywhere as well as frequent car vandalism and mailbox vandalism. The front office staff is aloof and some of the maintenance workers are not only rude but disrespectful of the residents.Property Manager Responded

Water damage

HORRIBLE PLACE

Nothing good to say
December 22, 2018I wish there was something good to say about this place but it’s been nothing but trouble from the beginning. We were given our parking passes and my husbands truck was booted and towed (while the pass was visible) with no notice at all. There’s only a few visitors spots so our friends have been booted for not having a parking permit as well but residents park in visitors spots so there is nowhere else to go. Being that I am also pregnant while living here, it’s very very inconvenient walking all ...the way from one side of the complex to the other because there are no available parking spots near your apartment. Goodluck finding any parking nearby after 7PM!! The walls are also very thin, you can hear dogs barking throughout the day and if you live on the first floor you can hear footsteps all day. Horrible
August 27, 2018I live on the 2nd floor when it rains the ceiling leaks I told maintenance he was rude said no it's not it ibtired to show him where it was leaking he was to lazy to even look up from where it was leaking. It rained so hard it was pouring from ceiling fan ceiling leaks in 5 different place called the office to let them know they said they would mark it as emergency no one has ever come to look at it or do anything about it . A cool place to live
April 20, 2018The Cottonwood team is amazing. The grounds of the place are kept up. Neighbors are mindful of the 10PM noise as well as keeping their dogs on a leash. My New Home
April 19, 2018Relocating to New Mexico from Pennsylvania was stressful, scary and exciting!! New adventures to be made!! The staff here was excellent as I had to conduct most phases of renting my apartment via the internet and many telephone calls after selecting Cottonwood Ranch Apartment Homes. I was surprised how easy it really was with the many photos, information from the staff, attachments, electronic signature, etc. When I finally got here and signed final paperwork in person, I was just too ...relieved to see that all was exactly like the photos I had seen and general information of the area from staff members. April 18, 2018Cottonwood Ranch advertises "doll house" images and "tour models" with new fully-carpeted and storage units. You've been deceived when you open the door to your apt and find there is "no" storage and "no" new fully-carpeted rooms.
