My boyfriend and I just moved in last month, and we are in love with the apartment/location. The only thing that seems to be so wrong is our A/C doesn't blow out cool air. Maintenance has been notified 3x but has only come to check it out once, plus told us there was nothing they could do about it. The air only kicks on certain days, and we're in 90-100 degree weather! of the lease before signing. Nobody should have to go out and buy a portable ac unit. You can actually hold rent for that issue. I also noticed the apt ac units are very small! I'm not sure what this business was thinking, but something has got to change about this.
