We have never had a problem with Kim, she has always been helpful and listened to our concerns. We even transferred and live at another property they manage. Rent here because it is a great place to call home.

July 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comMy apartment isn't the nicest apartment in the world but it isn't the worst. It fits me and my two girls and our two cants, we love it here. We are trying to find a different apartment just so my girls can go to SARTELl, that's the only reason why we'd need too move, the neighbors are nice, and my cats seem to like them. The rent price isn't over 900 dollars.
