sneaky business practices
June 27, 2022soon as my sister and I moved into a smoking apartment they changed the building to nonsmoking but allowed us to smoke in our apartment because that was in our original lease. Then they wrote us up every time we smoked out side, because the neighbors complained when we smoked outside. Management told us verbally that we would get our deposit back but when the check came in the mail it was Not the full amount. Now they give us a bad review and I cant get into a new place. My sister is 73 and I am ...69, they ruined my lifelong good record because of their shaddy practices. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HEREProperty Manager Responded

June 6, 2022Our biggest downfall with country bluff was finding out just about every other unit was updated except for ours. We had old cabinets and no dishwasher. It was pretty easy to hear our neighbors. It started getting pricy for a 1 bedroom. We did love the closet space and large livingroom though. Always friendly staff. Parking was difficult at times because of how people park and it’s very close to the garages.Property Manager Responded

NOT NURSE FRIENDLY. NOT FRONT LINE WORKER FRIENDLY!
May 23, 2022Attention nurses and those looking for a short term rental. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Terrible customer service, my job contract was cancelled several days after I signed my lease so I had to cancel my lease. I never set foot in this property and they are charging me almost $4,000 for signing a piece of paper. Aside from that, they never sent me a bill, closed my account and then threatened to send me to collections. NOT NURSE FRIENDLY. NOT FRONT LINE WORKER FRIENDLY!Property Manager Responded
